Uploading a quote
By uploading, you confirm you are allowed to share that quote. You give Clearcost permission to use the pricing in it after personal details are removed. That permission covers showing estimates on Clearcost. It does not transfer the venue’s brand.
Confidentiality is yours to check
You are responsible for any confidentiality clause in the quote or your contract with the venue. If sharing the pricing would break that clause, do not upload it.
Prices are estimates, not offers
Totals on Clearcost are estimates from the quotes we have. They are not an offer from the venue, and they are not a promise of what you will be charged. Actual prices vary by date and package. A venue can ask us to correct a page from the link on that page.
Refunds and cancellation
The 2-week pass is a one-time payment of $29 CAD. It does not renew. Monthly renews at $49 CAD until cancelled. Cancel anytime in Account. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
What we collect
The privacy page covers the file, the pricing, personal-detail removal, and how long we keep a quote.
