Privacy
What we collect
When you upload a quote we store the file, the venue and event details you type, and the prices our parser reads from the document. If you sign in, we also store the account email from that sign-in. A venue correction request stores the name, email, venue, and message you send.
Personal details are removed
We send the file to an AI document reader (Anthropic; OpenRouter as a backup) to read the prices. Personal details are stripped from the text we save and show: couple and client names, personal emails, personal phone numbers, home street addresses, signatures, and deposit or payment details. Venue names and venue contact details stay, because they are about the room, not the couple. The original file stays in a private bucket and is not edited.
How long we keep it
Pricing stays so other couples can see a range. You can ask us to take a quote down. We remove content within 48 hours of a valid request. See the takedown page.
Venues
If a page about your venue is wrong, use “Is this your venue? Request a correction” on that page. A person reads every request. We never publish your email.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and we do not send names, emails, or quote contents with those counts.
Your account
Signed-in people can download a JSON copy of their account from the account page, and can ask us to delete the account. That request is recorded for an admin. It does not delete the account, quotes, or files by itself.
